Job summary

Muv Fitness is seeking a positive Front Desk Lead Associate to be the face of our gym, greeting members, answering questions, solving issues, and performing administrative duties as needed.

You will lead front desk operations, ensure gym systems run smoothly, greet and tour prospective members, and uphold safety and cleanliness throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Upbeat and positive attitude!

• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests.
• Provide a high level of customer service to all members and effectively resolve issues.

• Enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring facility is clean and safe.
