You will manage inquiries, provide directions, and help with daily department operations while maintaining professional communication with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of position-related experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors in person or by telephone.
• Assists patients by responding to requests and coordinating services with nurses, physicians and staff.
• Provides information and directions to customers and healthcare team members.
• Maintains department operations by following policies and reporting changes and managing supplies.
