Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Professional presentation suitable for a private club setting.

• Proficiency with reservation systems; Jonas preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly with a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Handle inquiries, special requests, or concerns with discretion.
• Communicate with servers and management about reservations and seating.
• Promote club events and happenings to increase participation.
• Manage reservations, input special requests, and coordinate with Food & Beverage.
• Coordinate with kitchen and staff for to-go orders and event support.
• Maintain front desk area, print and stock menus, and ensure accuracy of club information.
• Answer phones and emails promptly and professionally; ensure timely confirmations.
• Support internal departments during busy seasons and assist with administrative tasks.
