Responsibilities

• Manages cash transactions and accurate hotel charges at checkout.
• Answers guest questions and upsells room nights when appropriate.
• Maintains positive guest relations and provides timely and knowledgeable responses.
• Operates telephone systems and PBX for guest wake-up calls and messaging.
