Responsibilities

• Greets guests and completes check-in procedures using manual and computerized methods.
• Handles guest check-out and processes room charges accurately.
• Manages cash transactions and maintains accurate hotel records.
• Answers inquiries and accepts reservations, communicating rates and services clearly.
• Keeps informed about in-house events to assist guests with questions.
• Operates PBX to handle incoming/outgoing calls and wake-up services.
• Maintains personal bank per hotel policy and ensures courteous service.
• Maintains a friendly, cheerful demeanor at all times.
