This role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and teamwork. No two days are the same as you support guest experiences, manage wait times, process transactions, and help keep the front desk stocked and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them through game rentals, merchandise sales, and dining experiences.
• Answer questions and manage front desk communications, including telephones.
• Process transactions and ensure accurate billing.
• Keep the front desk area stocked with menus, silverware, Power cards, and gift cards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and host station.
