Dave & Buster’s in West Nyack, NY is seeking a friendly Front Desk/Host to greet Guests and guide them through game rentals, dining and retail. You’ll be the first impression, delivering upbeat service and coordinating seating and queues with a smile.

This role emphasizes clear communication, teamwork with servers and team members, and staying organized during peak hours. Previous restaurant or cashier experience is helpful but not required; must be at least 16 and able to read and speak

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and assist with game rentals, merchandise sales, and dining needs.
• Coordinate seating, guide Guests through experiences, and manage wait times as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized Front Desk and Host areas; ensure supplies are stocked.
• Handle transactions accurately and process To-Go orders when applicable.
• Notify Manager of any guest issues and escalate as required.
• Contribute to a cooperative team environment and support colleagues during busy periods.
