Topanga Terrace Rebab and Subacute is seeking a reliable Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, you will greet people warmly, answer phones, and support front office operations.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:30pm. You will help with mail, light clerical tasks, and maintain an organized reception area, contributing to a respectful and efficient work environment for our facility and families.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain reception area in a clean and organized manner.
• Perform light clerical duties as assigned.
