• 6 months customer service experience.
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, positive manner as they enter the property.
• Answer phones quickly and courteously, within 3 rings.
• Know room openings and availability and sell rooms to guests.
• Handle all cash and charge transactions and perform cash drops in the safe.
• Maintain accurate records of vacant rooms and close out procedures.
• Take work orders from residents and process in the system.
• Receive and distribute mail to residents.
• Keep a clean, inviting office environment.
