Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with major hotel brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt) preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and register them into the computer.
• Handle payments at registration and checkout; maintain a house bank.
• Issue keys and manage safety deposit boxes; post charges as requested.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and resolve issues.
• Assist guests with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Be knowledgeable about local area and hotel services; assist with luggage when needed.
• Follow all company procedures and assist other departments in emergencies.
