Job summary

The Arrow Hotel in Broken Bow, NE seeks a part-time front desk agent to warmly greet guests, register rooms, and handle payments. You will manage reservations, coordinate with housekeeping, and assist guests with directions and recommendations. Shifts include 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM in a historic, in-person setting.

Strong communication and basic computer skills are needed. A High School Diploma is required and prior hotel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Good communication and basic math skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and issue keys.
• Take reservations and process guest payments.
• Answer inquiries and provide directions or recommendations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of occupancy and guest accounts.
