Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 with eligibility to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent English communication, oral and written.
• Front desk experience in a four- or five-star hotel preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints.
• Check guests in/out quickly and efficiently.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Protect guest information and hotel data.
• Assist guests with questions and directions.
• Support service standards and upsell opportunities.
