Job summary

Topgolf welcomes guests and assists them with check-in and reservations at our Spring, TX venue. You will provide information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions, and help guests select and handle golf clubs and equipment.

Maintain a clean, organized space and assist with retail items while delivering friendly service. You will respond to guest inquiries, demonstrate how games work, and ensure safety guidelines are followed for a fun, secure experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic computer skills for reservations and check-in.
• Physical ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations.
• Provide information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions.
• Help with golf clubs and equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of venue.
• Offer retail items to guests, and keep retail area stocked and organized.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Give guests game demonstrations and enforce safety guidelines.
