Job summary

AHC Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, AYS, and concierge areas in our Grand Rapids properties. You will engage with guests, manage calls, and support teamwork with attention to detail to uphold JW Marriott brand standards.

Duty includes weekend shifts, familiarity with PMS, and crossing between departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Salesforce/GXP knowledge preferred.
• Weekend work required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate Marriott’s FSPMS Property Management System.
• Check-in and checkout large volumes of guests.
• Answer and route calls using the internal phone system.
• Handle confidential guest information and follow cash handling procedures.
• Provide guest information and concierge services as needed.
• Communicate with hotel departments to maintain service quality.
• Adhere to brand standards and standard operating procedures.
