Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Denver to welcome guests, register them, and process payments. You will liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to fulfill requests, aiming to enhance the guest experience. Reports to the Front Office Manager.

Hourly pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.20 depending on budget and experience. Full-time work with flexible availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of customer or guest experience preferred.
• Previous front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
• Provide summary of hotel and amenities to guests.
• Coordinate with other departments daily needs or special requirements for all hotel guests.
• Recommend restaurants and activities based on guest interests.
• Maintain cash bank and daily cash settlements.
• Accept reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and clean.
• Comply with all hotel and Aspen One policies.
• Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed by management.
• Complete tasks and projects delegated by the manager and assist other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
