• Experience with Opera PMS preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assign rooms and verify payment information.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Process check-out and cash transactions.
• Maintain lobby and front desk area cleanliness.
