As the Host, you will act as the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly, directing them to their tables, and ensuring a smooth dining experience from check‑in to check‑out. You will work closely with servers to keep guests satisfied during meals, assist the cashier with payments and tips, and maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere.

• Appearance Avengers: Maintain a sharp look by wearing the uniform, nametag, and a big smile.

• Operations Orchestrators: Manage reservations, tables, and orders to keep operations flowing smoothly.
• Finance Fixers: Assist with payments and tips to ensure accurate financial handling.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or relevant hotel/field experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills required.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Ability to assimilate and analyze complex information from multiple sources and adapt as needed.
• Competence in understanding financial data and performing basic arithmetic functions.
