Job summary

Skiptown in Charlotte is seeking a friendly Support Skipper to greet guests, answer questions, manage bookings, and assist with check-ins and check-outs at the front desk. You’ll help create seamless experiences for guests and their pets in a fast-paced environment.

The role rewards organization, multitasking, and strong problem-solving, with weekends required and hourly pay. Prior front desk or hospitality experience is a plus, and you’ll work closely with a collaborative team to deliver

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly service
• Answer questions about services, memberships, pricing, and events
• Assist with daycare, boarding, and grooming check-ins and check-outs
• Manage bookings and reservations using Skiptown’s software
• Process payments for services, memberships, and retail sales
• Promote Skiptown memberships, services, and special offers
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Communicate updates between guests and team members
• Document and elevate guest concerns or incidents as needed
