Job summary

Avanti Senior Living at Vision Park in Texas seeks a warm, professional Director of First Impressions to greet guests, answer calls, and support front-desk operations with a smile.

You will manage sign-in, assist with basic office tasks, and help safeguard residents while maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby and coordinating activities during low-traffic periods. Some weekend coverage required.

Qualifications

• Must present as professional with proper grammar and pleasant voice.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and multi-task.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 50 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone courteously with proper greetings and direct callers.
• Greet visitors, track sign-in/out, and direct guests and vendors.
• Monitor safety and redirect residents when necessary.
• Keep reception area tidy and lobby presentable, dust surfaces, clean windows.
• Assist with lobby activities and general office tasks as needed.
• Maintain resident room roster at front desk for safety.
• Support other departments as required.
