Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones.
• Process transactions at the Front Desk and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Restock supplies, monitor front desk cleanliness, and communicate issues to the Manager.
• Assist other team members to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
