Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort is seeking a friendly Greeter/Cashier to warmly welcome guests, assist with inquiries, and manage cashier duties at our oceanfront property in Florida. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and smooth front-desk operations in a vibrant resort environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic, communicative, and customer-focused, able to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• High energy and enthusiasm.

• Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the property and local attractions.
• Handle cashiering duties efficiently and accurately, including cash transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and cashier station.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Suggest and recommend nearby dining options and activities.
• Proactively resolve guest issues or concerns while upholding brand standards.
