Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, restaurant service, or front desk roles preferred.
• Ability to clearly explain healthcare information to patients.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests warmly while providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer patient questions and provide information regarding procedures and wait times.
• Register patients and direct guests appropriately.
• Promote and educate patients about available services.
• Stock refreshments and encourage satisfied patients to leave reviews.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area.
