Job summary

Precision Imaging Centers is hiring a Full-Time Front Desk Guest Ambassador at our Gate Parkway location in Jacksonville, FL. You will be the first contact for patients, delivering a welcoming experience, handling registrations, and guiding guests through procedures.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enjoys helping others, and can explain healthcare information clearly. Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in hospitality or customer service is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, restaurant service, front desk, or patient-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain information to patients.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests warmly while providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer patient questions and provide information regarding procedures and wait times.
• Manage patient registration and direct guests appropriately.
• Promote and educate patients about available services.
• Stock refreshments and encourage satisfied patients to leave reviews.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area.
• Participate in marketing-related initiatives and community outreach when applicable.
• Assist with compiling reports and supporting front desk operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
