Meadowood Napa Valley is seeking a Front Desk Agent to support daily front office operations with a focus on superior guest service. You will work AM/PM/MID shifts, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and resolve guest questions while maintaining a welcoming lodge environment.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong communication, and teamwork. The role supports Forbes 5* standards in a luxurious, guest-centric setting, with emphasis on efficient service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or hospitality environment preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Fluent in English, clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Actively work AM/PM/MID Front Desk Agent shifts.
• Provide gracious hospitality to all who enter reception lodge.
• Resolve 1st and 2nd level guest problems/complaints.
• Assist with heavy check-ins, check-outs, room moves, billing questions and other tasks.
• Keep the reception desk and lodge clean and orderly.
• Ensure supplies, maps and inventory are stocked and ordered for the desk.
