Job summary

Neo Nails & Day Spa in Brickell, Miami is hiring a Floor Manager / Front Desk Coordinator for its busy luxury salon. This full-time role handles phone reservations, check-in/out, point-of-sale, and coordinating technicians to maintain smooth client flow.

Ideal candidates have customer-service or hospitality experience, are fluent in English (Spanish a plus), and can lead with calm professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Hours are Monday–Saturday, with weekend coverage requested.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English required; Spanish is a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of both client experience and staff needs.
• Highly organized, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
• Greet clients and manage the check-in / check-out process
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions
• Coordinate technician schedules and support the staff on the floor
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and smooth client flow
• Assist with social media and manage online scheduling systems
• Use Microsoft Office and booking platforms as needed
