You will greet members professionally, maintain a tidy lobby, and manage flexible scheduling to cover opening shifts and weekends. A passion for health and fitness is a plus, with growth opportunities within a luxury club network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly.
• Interested in health, fitness, and/or sports.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Coach and lead a team.
• Assist Front Desk Manager in hiring, training and supervising staff.
• Professionally greet members and guests.
• Maintain an orderly lobby area.
• Availability to work flexible hours including opening shifts and weekends.
