Job summary

Trilogy Cascade Club in Redmond, WA is seeking a friendly Part-Time Member Services Assistant to join our upscale, resort-style active-adult community. You’ll be the face at the front desk, help with member inquiries, event registrations, and basic administrative tasks.

This role also supports event setup/teardown and coordination with the Pines Bistro Café and Center For Well-Being Spa services. Work hours are Monday through Friday with some evenings, all in a welcoming club setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a helpful, professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Experience supporting event logistics or gatherings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the friendly face at the front desk and assist members with packages and inquiries.
• Manage incoming calls and route to appropriate departments, maintaining a professional tone.
• Process payments for event registrations and maintain organized records.
