The Learning Experience - Mckinney is seeking a Front Desk Closer & Floater to support classrooms, engage families, and manage daily front-office tasks. The role involves tours, enrollment assistance, and ensuring secure, organized spaces at day’s end.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-facing roles, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced childcare environment. On-site position with computer systems proficiency required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role.
• Previous childcare or classroom experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable interacting with children, families, teachers, and prospective customers.
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable learning and using computer systems and customer databases.
• Must be dependable and comfortable working a 9:30 AM–6:30 PM schedule.

Responsibilities

• Classroom Support: work in the classroom, support teachers, create a safe, engaging environment, build relationships with children and families.
• Front Office & Customer Engagement: welcome families, conduct tours, assist with enrollment and registration, communicate with families.
• School Closing Responsibilities: secure classrooms and offices, complete closing checklists, ensure safe dismissal, inform leadership.
