Job summary

Auto Glass Now, a Driven Brands division, is hiring Customer Service Representatives and Front Desk Associates in New York. We offer paid training, base pay up to $18/hr, full-time and part-time schedules, and benefits. You will intake walk-ins, create estimates, answer phones, and help manage billing.

No experience required to start training; earn at least $15/hr during training and up to $18/hr after. Join a growing team with same-day pay through myFlexPay, health, vision, dental, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and customer service mindset.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus.
• Prior phone or call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Intake and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers.
• Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work.
• Answer phones and return customer calls.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist Manager with daily parts returns.
• Ensure accuracy when ordering parts.
• Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed.
• Confirm all mobile jobs parts and materials before dispatching drivers.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
