Front Desk Coordinator / Treatment Plan Coordinator

Schedule

Smiling from Open to Close, Monday through Friday, with 1 Saturday per month.

Responsibilities
  • Handle financial information, perform insurance verification, and prepare end-of-day reports with accuracy and dependability.
  • Perform clerical tasks including sorting, opening, distributing mail, scanning, photocopying, answering calls, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments.
  • Explain procedures and services to patients using dental knowledge.
  • Present financial policies, collect co-payments, and verify insurance coverage.
  • Track appointments, no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental software, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new programs.
