Front Desk Coordinator / Treatment Plan Coordinator

Join us as a Front Desk Coordinator / Treatment Plan Coordinator at North American Dental Group (NADG).

Overview

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, with one Saturday per month.

Responsibilities
  • Handle financial information accurately, verify insurance, and prepare end-of-day reports, ensuring patient peace of mind.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as sorting mail, scanning, photocopying, answering calls, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments.
  • Explain procedures and services to patients using dental knowledge.
  • Present financial policies, collect co-payments, and verify insurance coverage.
  • Track appointments, no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental software and Microsoft Office; ability to learn new programs.
