Description
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service with a positive attitude and a smile in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing incoming telephone calls, corporate inquiries, visitor traffic, and team administrative duties. This position is critical to the high level of customer service that Nexus provides to all. This individual is the first person that any client or applicant will interact with. This position is responsible for providing the front face for Nexus as an organization.
Ability to use Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Basic office equipment experience is preferred (copier, fax, shipping and receiving tools)
Written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service
Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
