Boardroom Salon for Men in San Antonio is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming first impression and last memory for clients. You will greet guests by name, manage the calendar, process payments, and support the service team to ensure a premium experience.

This full-time, on-site role requires polished communication, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Competitive pay with a monthly bonus and benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-service roles is preferred.
• Greet clients by name and manage busy front-desk activity with poise.
• Calm, organized, and articulate under pressure; strong written/verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage flow of the front desk, and reduce wait times.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs and payment processing accurately.
• Maintain appointment calendar across chairs and bookings.
• Field calls and emails in a professional brand voice.
• Resolve client concerns on the spot with good judgment.
• Keep lobby and displays neat and well-stocked.
• Support service team to enable focus on quality cuts.
• Execute opening and closing procedures reliably each shift.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You are the first impression and the last memory every client takes with them. Your day looks like this:

• Own the front of house — greet every client by name, manage the flow of the floor, and ensure no one feels like they are waiting
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with speed and accuracy
• Manage the appointment calendar and keep scheduling running smoothly across all chairs
• Field phone calls and emails professionally — you represent the brand with every interaction
• Resolve any client concerns on the spot with calm confidence and good judgment
• Keep the lobby, retail display, and front desk area immaculate and well-stocked
• Support the service team so they may focus entirely on delivering great cuts
• Execute opening and closing procedures reliably every shift
