Boardroom Salon for Men is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator in Irving, TX. The role offers starting pay at $15/hour plus commissions on retail and memberships and an hourly schedule.

You will provide exceptional guest service, manage appointments, handle calls, process payments, and support marketing and sales initiatives to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old to handle alcoholic beverages.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• Positive, uplifting attitude is a must.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to make guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Book appointments and manage the salon’s calendar.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with strong phone etiquette.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Utilize POS system to check in/out clients, process payments, update records, and manage memberships.
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services and promotions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure everyone who walks through our door feels welcomed and valued
• Book appointments and manage the salon’s calendar effectively
• Managing inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize our POS system accurately to check in and out clients, collect payments, document client information, manage appointments, and manage memberships
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• A positive, and uplifting attitude is a must
• Ability to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication abilities verbally, over the phone, and in messaging

Requirements
