Sasha Salloum, M.D., Inc., AMPC, is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator (Non Exempt) to manage the lobby, greet patients, and ensure smooth administration in a medical office in San Diego, CA. This role involves EMR registration, scheduling procedures, answering calls, and maintaining patient flow from check-in to checkout.
The ideal candidate is bilingual (English-Spanish), has computer skills, and at least two years in a medical office.
Reports Directly to: Administrative Manager.
A Front Desk Coordinator ensures that all interactions between administration, employees, patients and outside services run as smoothly as possible.
Their main responsibilities includes to effectively and efficiently manage the lobby, greeting patients, updating patients charts efficiently, scheduling medical procedures, answering phone calls and overall maintain an excellent patient flow from the time patients walk-in until they check-out.
