Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, and business-minded individual who will be the first point of contact as a Front Desk Coordinator. This person should love dogs, and upon successful completion of training, you can even bring YOUR dog to work with you. What a bonus! As the Front Desk Coordinator, you are responsible for working with all customers and team members to ensure our customer experience meets the highest standards and satisfaction.

COMPENSATION

  • $11.75-$12.50/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strive for the highest possible customer satisfaction ratings with every interaction
  • Answer emails, calls, and questions from pet parents
  • Accurately record health and behavioral notes in the daily activity log and communicate these with both shifts
  • Be knowledgeable about all services and pricing
  • Conduct opening and closing procedures, including transaction totals and balancing the cash drawer
  • Greet all customers promptly with a smile
  • Effectively communicate health and behavior concerns with pet parents professionally
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk
  • Assist in holding everyone accountable to Dogtopia’s safety and cleaning standards
  • Ensure consistent and timely attendance
  • Complete all required training
  • Manage all transactions on POS and Digital System
  • Manage all scheduling and paperwork for daily Meet & Greet appointments
  • Schedule all Daycare, Boarding, and Spa Services
  • Communicate any Pet Parent special requirements to Canine Coaches
  • Manage all customer check-in/check-out for Daycare, Boarding, and Spa
  • Handle inventory management of cleaning and dog supplies
  • Assist in Canine Coach or Rover duties as needed
