Compensation: $14-$18/hr + BONUS
Saturdays required

Essential Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent service to members and patients.

  • Greeting members and patients, checking them in for their appointments.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Re-engaging inactive members.
  • Staying updated on membership options and promotions.
  • Supporting team goals and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Maintaining clinic cleanliness and organization.
  • Confidently presenting and selling memberships and packages.
  • Following management policies and procedures.
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Accepting constructive criticism positively.
  • Office management or marketing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
