Job description

Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

The QTI Group is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator (also known as Accounting Receptionist) to join their team. This role involves providing essential administrative and clerical support, managing phone systems, greeting guests, handling mail, and supporting accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) functions. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure smooth office operations.

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Deforest, WI, with hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The work environment is business casual, where jeans are acceptable. The pay starts at $23 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage phone and voicemail systems.
  • Greet guests and customers professionally.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Distribute and process incoming mail.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment.
  • Support AR & AP teams as needed.
  • Process rental contracts and credit applications.
  • Handle credit card payments and prepare bank deposits.
  • Assist the Senior Accountant and Controller with various tasks.
  • Perform general filing and clerical duties.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
