Job Title: Wellness Coordinator

Pay Range: $17 - $25 per hour (with bonus)

The Opportunity

We seek enthusiastic, results-driven Wellness Coordinators to be the first point of contact for patients, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales of memberships and treatment packages. You will promote and sell wellness plans, helping patients continue their chiropractic care at affordable rates.

Your role includes managing patient intake, administrative tasks, and using your sales skills to convert inquiries into long-term patients while educating them on chiropractic benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Membership Conversion: Promote and sell Wellness Plans and Visit Packages, achieving sales goals by engaging with patients and offering personalized care options.
  • Customer Service & Patient Engagement: Greet patients warmly, build rapport, and share success stories to educate on chiropractic benefits.
  • Clinic Operations & Organization: Maintain a clean, stocked clinic, manage patient flow, and handle transactions accurately.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with paperwork, manage calls, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records with confidentiality.
  • Teamwork & Marketing: Participate in marketing initiatives, collaborate with team members, and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or healthcare.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • Positive attitude, passion for helping others, strong sales skills.
  • Willing to work weekends/evenings, flexible location as needed.
  • Proficient with office equipment and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Previous office management or marketing experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual skills are preferred.
