Job Title: Wellness Coordinator

Pay Range: $17 - $25 per hour (with bonus)

The Opportunity: We seek enthusiastic, results-driven Wellness Coordinators to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering excellent customer service and driving sales of memberships and treatment packages. You will promote and sell our wellness plans, helping new and existing patients continue chiropractic care at affordable rates.

As a Wellness Coordinator, your responsibilities include managing patient intake, administrative tasks, and using your sales skills to convert inquiries into long-term patients while educating them on the benefits of routine chiropractic care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Membership Conversion: Promote and sell Wellness Plans and Visit Packages to patients, aligning with chiropractor recommendations. Use persuasive skills to educate and convert patients, achieving individual sales goals.
2. Customer Service & Patient Engagement: Greet patients warmly, build rapport, and establish lasting relationships. Share personal success stories to educate on long-term benefits.
3. Clinic Operations & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized clinic, manage inventory, and ensure smooth patient flow. Handle transactions and keep patient records accurate and confidential.
4. Administrative Support: Assist with paperwork, answer calls, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records.
5. Teamwork & Marketing: Participate in marketing initiatives, collaborate with team members, and contribute to achieving sales and growth targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or healthcare.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others and driving sales.
• Strong sales skills, confident in presenting and closing memberships.
• Willing to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing sales culture.
• Availability to work weekends and evenings.
• Proficient with office equipment and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility for location changes as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous office management or marketing experience is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are preferred.
