Position Profile

Weaver is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to support our team. The role involves providing administrative and facilities support to ensure the needs of staff and clients are met. The ideal candidate is professional, punctual, a team player, and possesses excellent communication skills.

The responsibilities include managing mail and packages, printing, filing, handling budgeting and invoices, setting up conference rooms, ordering supplies, liaising with property management, ensuring phone and desk coverage, and assisting with conference room reservations and tax department support during tax season.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Punctuality and dependability
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and follow directions
