The role requires strong customer service, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families warmly and professionally.
• Answer and route calls, taking accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and supportSales inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment and data entry tasks.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
