Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of telephone system and ability to teach others.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors upon arrival in a professional manner.
• Handle phone calls and route callers or answer questions promptly and courteously.
• Offer refreshments to visitors when appropriate.
• Manage appointment books for doctor and beauty appointments as assigned.
• Coordinate beauty and barber appointment bookings.
• Act as concierge for residents, arranging taxis and addressing issues like cable or newspaper deliveries.
• Keep lobby area clean and free of clutter.
