Merrill Gardens at Brentwood is seeking a friendly Senior Living Receptionist to greet residents and visitors, answer calls, and support front-office operations in a warm, professional environment. The role is onsite, with shifts Wed–Sun, 3pm–7pm, offering a stable, growing workplace within a family-owned company.

You will assist with administrative tasks and collaborate with various departments to ensure a welcoming community for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Two years’ receptionist experience preferred.
• Minimum one year customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Our Receptionists are responsible for:

• Greeting all visitors
• Answering the telephone.
• Maintaining the front office area in a neat and organized manner.
• Providing administrative support to all departments on an as needed basis.

If you are someone with:

• A High School diploma or GED
• Two years’ experience as a receptionist (preferred)
• A Minimum of one year’s customer service experience.
• Prior multi-line phone experience.

Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires regular use of a computer and may involve occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs), bending, or reaching. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
