Job summary

FellowshipLIFE is seeking a warm, professional Receptionist to join Fellowship Village in Basking Ridge, NJ. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and teammates, delivering a welcoming and efficient experience.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to manage front-desk operations with discretion. Weekend availability (1st and 3rd weekends) is required, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of related experience in a fast-paced office environment.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work 1st and 3rd weekend of each month, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and team members warmly and professionally.
• Answer phones, screen calls, take messages, and route inquiries.
• Maintain a welcoming front-desk environment and support daily front desk operations.
• Monitor security and resident-alert systems, respond to alarms as needed.
• Provide courteous service and coordinate with other departments as required.
