Job summary

Mercedes Benz of Calabasas is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact, greeting guests by phone and in person, and guiding them to the right department. You will manage a multi‑line system, provide information, and support various teams across the dealership.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a professional receptionist role, strong communication skills, and reliable time management.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment.
• Motivated self‑starter, able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Punctual, with solid time‑management skills.
• High School Diploma.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Must pass pre‑employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi‑line telephone system, determine caller’s needs and route to the appropriate department.
• Greet guests, determine their needs, and coordinate with the appropriate department for visitor escort.
• Oversee visitor sign‑in and security process.
• Assist various departments with special projects as needed.
