The successful candidate will provide outstanding personalized service with an attitude of hospitality to improve and enhance the guest experience. This role requires providing a high level of customer service at all times to residents, guests, and external contractors.
To be successful in this role, good solid customer service skills are essential. This position is ideal for someone who already has strong Customer Service and/or Front of House skills and is looking for a new challenge.
Their duties include greeting visitors and managing the registration process with courtesy and professionalism. The concierge reports directly to management and collaborates with Security and Valet Service.
