Reporting to the janitorial manager, this position involves janitorial duties at remote northern sites, such as mining facilities and exploration camps, performed according to contract standards & specifications.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and wash floors.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, and area rugs.
- Clean and sanitize all assigned areas.
- Collect garbage.
- Clean office complexes and other buildings.
- Follow ACLP policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Must be able to work compressed workweeks.
- Must be a team player who works well with others.

Qualifications:
- Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.
- Grade 10 education is an asset.
- One year of janitorial experience is preferred.
- A combination of education & experience will be considered.
- Valid recognized first aid certificate or ability to obtain one.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, including WHMIS.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships.
- Physically capable of performing duties.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with acceptable driving record is preferred.
