Job summary

The Avalon of Lewis Center is looking for a hospitality-focused Concierge / Front Desk Receptionist to welcome residents, guests and vendors in a warm, professional manner. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, with a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Resolve issues for residents, guests, vendors and suppliers while aligning with organizational goals.
• Accept and log delivery packages and notify recipients.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.
