Eric Cline - State Farm Agent is seeking a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to join our team. The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

You will welcome clients, manage scheduling, maintain records, and explore opportunities to offer insurance options while delivering excellent service. We offer an hourly pay plus commission/bonus, Simple IRA, and a benefits package including health insurance and paid time

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
